Job description

Manufacturing Lead – Precision Machining


We are seeking an experienced hands-on manufacturing professional to help lead day-to-day production within a precision manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving technical problems, supporting operators, and keeping production moving.


The ideal candidate has experience with precision machining, grinding, machine setup, or similar close-tolerance manufacturing processes and has served as a lead, trainer, senior operator, setup technician, or go-to technical resource.

What You'll Do

  • Support daily production and workflow on the manufacturing floor
  • Assist with machine setup, troubleshooting, and process issues
  • Train and support operators and newer team members
  • Help maintain quality, productivity, safety, and on-time delivery
  • Work closely with production leadership to resolve problems and improve processes

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience in grinding, machining, machine setup, or precision manufacturing
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Experience working with tight tolerances and precision measurement tools
  • Ability to train, mentor, or provide technical direction to others
  • Lead, senior operator, setup, or supervisory experience is preferred, but formal management experience is not required



Schedule: Full-time, on-site

Location: Minneapolis–St. Paul area
