About the Role:

The Member Interaction Team Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the quality of interactions between our organization and its members across various communication channels in the Member Interaction Center. This position is responsible for leading a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service, ensuring member satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. The Team Lead will analyze interaction metrics, provide coaching and development to team members, and implement strategies to improve overall engagement and efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional departments is essential to align member interaction initiatives with organizational goals. Ultimately, this role drives the continuous improvement of member experience, contributing directly to member retention and organizational success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1- 12 months of experience in a member or customer service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and interaction tracking tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
