Product Development & Delivery
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through to post-release optimisation
  • Work closely with studio teams to ensure games are developed in line with Product Management specifications and quality expectations
  • Act as a key point of contact within the game development lifecycle, ensuring alignment between Product, Creative, and Studio teams
  • Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, gaps, and inefficiencies

Go-To-Market & Commercial Enablement
  • Lead GTM planning for key game releases, ensuring strong positioning, clear messaging, and coordinated execution across teams.
  • Own and expand Sales Enablement programs, equipping Commercial teams with the tools, insights, and narratives needed to successfully sell the portfolio
  • Partner closely with Commercial teams to ensure product plans are aligned with market opportunities and customer needs
  • Support regional activation of our Global Content Strategy

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Creative Studios, Game Studios, Commercial, and wider Product teams to ensure effective product planning and execution
  • Ensure alignment between central strategy and regional market requirements
  • Facilitate clear communication and accountability across stakeholders

Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Use performance data, market insights, and player behaviour to inform product decisions and prioritisation
  • Monitor KPIs across the portfolio and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
  • Drive continuous improvement through testing, analysis, and iteration
  • Partner with analytics teams to generate actionable insights that inform roadmap and GTM decisions

Subject Matter Expertise
  • Develop deep expertise in game design, mechanics, and production processes
  • Build strong knowledge of key North American markets, player preferences, and regulatory considerations
  • Act as a trusted product expert for internal stakeholders

Ways of Working & Mindset
  • Operate as a self-starter with high ownership and accountability
  • Proactively identify issues and opportunities, and take action to resolve them
  • Demonstrate strong commercial judgement and prioritisation skills
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Game Design, or related field; MBA a plus but not required
  • 5+ years' experience in product management, portfolio management, or content strategy roles, ideally within gaming, iGaming, or the broader entertainment/media industry
  • Proven experience managing a product roadmap or portfolio across multiple stakeholders, with accountability for commercial outcomes
