How You Will Make an Impact

  • The Data Operations Supervisor is a key role ensuring our asset management clients receive optimal value from the industry's leading data management service for financial intermediary distribution.
  • The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the financial intermediary landscape (broker/dealer and RIA firms, trading IDs, advisor teams, dual-registered advisors, etc.), recordkeeping and distribution platforms (transfer agent, sub-transfer agent, custodial, etc.), and the reporting needs of asset management companies that distribute products through financial intermediaries.
  • The Data Operations Supervisor must possess strong operational and communication skills to lead a team of associates within our internal data operations team.
  • Additionally, the Data Operations Supervisor plays a key leadership role in client discussions to identify best practices and continuously evolve the service to meet the needs of our clients.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of work-related experience
  • Must have experience in Financial Industry - specifically Asset Management
  • A passion for continuous learning as well as the ability to learn quickly and apply new skills.
  • Flexibility/Ability to be proactive, possesses good problem solving skills and the capability to find solutions and the ability to successfully meet deadlines
