Job description

We are hiring for multiple positions at our manufacturing facility in Redmond, OR. We are hiring for Warehouse/Production associates as well as a Production Lead role.

*We have Warehouse & Production positions in multiple departments ranging from $21-$23 starting.
*We are also looking for folks with lead experience to fill a Production Lead role $27 starting.

*We have several Maintenance positions available (ask for pay range on these)- Maintenance Tech, Maintenance Lead, and a Licensed Maintenance Electrician.


Overall Responsibilities & Experience

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
  • Read and follow instructions in English, including measurements and assembly guidelines.
  • Lift, move, and position materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
  • Ability to twist, turn, lift up to 50 lbs., crouch, reach, and perform physical tasks.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and operating forklifts is essential.
  • Experience in an assembly line environment preferred.
