Location: Golden Valley, MN

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse & Production Lead to support daily warehouse and production operations in a growing manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems, organizing priorities, and taking ownership of operational processes. The successful candidate will help coordinate a small production team, oversee shipping and inventory activities, and assist wherever needed to ensure production runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Fulfillment

Pack completed orders for shipment.

Include required documentation, inserts, and materials with outgoing orders.

Print shipping labels and prepare shipments for carrier pickup.

Select appropriate packaging and cost-effective shipping methods.

Organize outgoing shipments for daily pickup.

Lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

Production Support

Prepare product batches according to established procedures.

Maintain product quality and consistency standards.

Assist with assembly and production activities as required.

Receive incoming inventory and organize materials within the facility.

Team Coordination & Leadership

Help prioritize daily production schedules and workload.

Assist in coordinating a small team of production employees.

Support employee productivity and workflow efficiency.

Communicate production needs, delays, and bottlenecks to management.

Contribute to the development of future supervisory processes as the role expands.

Inventory & Quality Control
