Join our dynamic Order Management Team, where we ensure a smooth end-to-end coordination of customer orders for our production plant in North Mankato. As a key interface between our customers and internal production planning, the team is responsible for managing order flows according to contractual requirements and ensuring on-time delivery performance.
What you can look forward to as Order Management Lead:
• Leads and develops the Order Management Team
• Ensures seamless coordination between customer orders, production planning and logistics
• Acts as escalation point for customer and planning topics
• Monitors KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, output) and drives improvements
• Develops process standardization and continuous improvement across both functions
Your Profile as Order Management Lead:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in order management, production planning, or logistics
  • First leadership experience with strong team development and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured way of working
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and KPI-driven performance management
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities in a cross-functional environment
