Role and Responsibilities
This role focuses on managing order processing, allocation, and delivery coordination in Plano, Texas. The role will ensure alignment between customer orders, supply chain planning, and logistics to meet delivery timelines and customer expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer sales orders and confirmations.
  • Align orders with supply and demand plans.
  • Coordinate with packaging centers and logistics teams for manufacturing and supply planning.
  • Ensure on-time delivery to customer ship-to locations.
  • Monitor and report on late deliveries, inventory shortages, and compliance charges.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in supply chain management or order processing.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver solutions.

Skills and Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in demand planning or inventory allocation.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar business systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas).
