How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

  • Prepare all bulk cheese for bagging.
  • Bag all cheese, smoke cheese as called for on a daily production plan.
  • Work in Brine area as assigned.
  • Ensure correct vat is being released.
  • Responsible for ensuring brine paperwork is filled out accurately.
  • Pack cheese into boxes and bulk totes.
  • Make boxes.
  • Load cheese into packaging machine.
  • Check packages for correct code dates and labels.
  • Palletize all products.
  • Clean and sanitize all equipment and rooms.
  • Learn operation of the robots, make adjustments as needed.
  • Setup case erector and top sealer for boxes.
