Our mission is simple: to ensure every medicine reaches the right patient, at the right time, in perfect condition.

The Role

Throughout the shift, you’re the go-to person on the floor — troubleshooting small issues before they become big ones, coaching associates to reach their potential, and ensuring every product that leaves your line meets our exacting standards. Your leadership keeps things moving smoothly, safely, and with precision.

At Tjoapack, every package represents a patient waiting for care — and as a Line Leader, you make sure that care never waits. ⚙️
