Job description

Bluecore Staffing is hiring a Production Line Coordinator / Production Lead for a fast-paced cold storage warehouse in Denton, TX. We are seeking an experienced leader who can oversee production line operations, ensure productivity goals are met, maintain quality standards, and lead a team in a cold warehouse environment.


Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $20.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 5:45 AM – Finish (Overtime Required)


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily production line operations.
  • Supervise and direct production and packaging employees throughout the shift.
  • Monitor productivity, workflow, quality, and attendance to ensure operational goals are met.
  • Ensure proper use of packing materials and adherence to packaging procedures.
  • Communicate production goals, expectations, and updates to team members.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and work with management to resolve them quickly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Complete production reports and communicate shift performance.
  • Follow all company safety, food safety, and warehouse procedures.


Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience leading production, packaging, or warehouse line operations.
  • Experience managing, coaching, and directing employees.
  • Strong knowledge of packing materials, packaging procedures, and production workflows.
  • Ability to monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and workflow throughout the shift.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a cold storage, food-grade manufacturing, or logistics environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Experience with inventory systems and production reporting.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in a cold storage environment.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
  • Perform repetitive bending, reaching, and lifting.
  • Work in a fast-paced production environment.
