Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Production Manager 2nd Shift located in Dallas, TX.

Reporting to the VP, Operations, the Production Manager 2nd Shift will be responsible to guide and coordinate activities of employees engaged in the following areas of a manufacturing department; multi-level assembly, electronic card/system testing and quality assurance to attain production goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Lead daily production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets within the assigned area.
  • Plan and prioritize production schedules based on demand, materials, and equipment availability.
  • Manage resources (labor, materials, equipment) to ensure efficient and continuous operations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (planning, engineering, quality) to support manufacturing goals.
  • Drive process improvements in production techniques, testing, and operational efficiency.
  • Support budgeting and cost control activities while meeting operational performance targets.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor Degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of Operations & Production Leadership: Manage manufacturing activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
