Fabricationdepartment Pay: $19.00 per hour Shift: To be discussed Location: New Carlisle, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Fabrication department for our Unifrax/Alkegen client to start 06/22/2026 at $19.00 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
  • Set up, adjust, direct, operate, and control production equipment
  • Mix materials and control equipment to meet product specifications
  • Prepare daily production schedules/reports and stage finished goods
  • Make minor adjustments for weight and size and troubleshoot minor maintenance issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, orderly workplace and follow fire/safety rules

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency required
  • Previous manufacturing/industrial experience preferred
  • Must be able to identify quality products
  • Must be able to follow site policies and procedures
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

Skills
  • Ability to navigate work instruction system (CEBOS)
  • Strong technical/mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Team communication and ability to direct/train less experienced personnel
  • Forklift/bobcat operation and safe power material handling
