Job Summary
The Helper in the Fabrication Department is an essential support role responsible for assisting with daily operations on the shop floor. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes initiative, and is eager to grow within a fast-paced fabrication environment.
Responsibilities
  • Follow written and verbal instructions to support fabrication tasks.
  • Learn and develop basic knowledge of fabrication shop operations.
  • Clean and maintain organization in the Fabrication Shop.
  • Operate power tools and equipment under supervision.
  • Assist with material handling using forklifts and overhead cranes.
  • Perform tasks that may require working from ladders.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Support team goals by being available for overtime when production demands increase.
