Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager with a strong background in process engineering and automation/robotics to lead manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving production efficiency, and implementing advanced automation technologies to optimize plant performance. The ideal candidate combines leadership, technical expertise, and continuous improvement methodologies to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are consistently achieved. This position offers relocation assistance.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams across engineering, manufacturing, and support functions.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated and robotic systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with process engineering teams to improve workflows, cycle times, and throughput.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and manage plant budgets, capital expenditures, and cost control initiatives.
