About the Opportunity

A well-established and growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at its facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This is a confidential search for a hands-on leader with deep expertise in fabrication, welding, and assembly within an ISO 9001-certified environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead all plant operations including fabrication, welding, and assembly
  • Oversee customer-driven design and development in collaboration with the internal engineering team
  • Ensure smooth transition from design to production while meeting customer expectations
  • Drive production performance, quality, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain and enhance ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team
  • Partner with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams
  • Lead ERP system implementation and optimization
  • Identify and execute process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards


What We’re Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience at the Plant Manager level in a manufacturing environment
