Key Responsibilities for the Senior Shared Services Analyst:
โ€ข Lead resolution of complex AP and AR issues including invoice discrepancies, unapplied cash, duplicate payments, and system-related errors
โ€ข Serve as escalation point for internal teams, vendors, and customers
โ€ข Conduct root-cause analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
โ€ข Partner cross-functionally with accounting, procurement, operations, IT, and finance teams to resolve operational challenges
โ€ข Analyze trends, track KPIs, and provide reporting insights to leadership
โ€ข Support internal controls, audit requests, and compliance initiatives

Qualifications for the Senior Shared Services Analyst:
โ€ข 3+ years of AP, AR, or shared services experience
