Our HR Consulting Division is seeking an experienced Interim HR Consultant to support one of our clients in Buffalo, NY. This position is fully onsite and anticipated to require 3-5 days per week. As an HR Consultant with HR Works, you'll serve as a trusted HR resource, leveraging your expertise to support employees, managers, and key HR initiatives while making an immediate impact within the organization. 
Role Overview:

Serve as the primary on-site HR contact, providing day-to-day HR support, employee relations guidance, and administrative assistance across a variety of human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including candidate coordination, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Provide ongoing day-to-day HR support to employees and managers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions and HR-related inquiries
  • Support employee onboarding and new hire orientation processes
  • Assist with benefits administration and annual open enrollment activities
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Partner with leadership to ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied

Qualifications:
