Job description

HR Works is seeking an Interim HR Associate to support our growing Human Resources team. This role will initially focus heavily on recruiting and talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Over time, the position may expand to include broader HR responsibilities such as HRIS administration, employee records management, reporting, audits, benefits support, and general HR operations.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or a related field
  • Experience screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing recruitment activities
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality
