Why This Opportunity Stands Out:
• Step into a newly created CHRO role with direct visibility to the CEO and executive leadership team.
• Join a financially backed organization in an aggressive growth phase fueled by acquisitions and expansion initiatives.
• Shape the future HR strategy for a growing holding company and its operating businesses.
• Play a key role in acquisition due diligence, integration planning, and cultural alignment across newly acquired companies.
• Gain broad executive exposure as the CHRO partners with ownership, operations, finance, and sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities for the CHRO:
• Lead all human resources functions across multiple locations and operating entities.

• Direct HR due diligence, integration efforts, and cultural assimilation for acquisitions and business transitions.
• Build and implement scalable HR programs, policies, processes, and best practices.
• Oversee benefits administration, compensation programs, and 401(k) plan management.
• Partner with operations leadership to support manufacturing environments, workplace safety initiatives, and OSHA compliance.

• Significant HR leadership experience, including experience functioning as a senior HR executive, Head of HR, VP of HR, or CHRO.
Required experience supporting Private Equity-backed organizations, including navigating high-growth and acquisition-driven environments.
• Proven success leading HR due diligence, M&A integration, and multi-site operations.
• Manufacturing industry experience with strong knowledge of benefits administration, compliance, and workforce strategy.
