ABOUT THIS POSITION
Implements and administers People Team programs, policies, and practices within a shared services model. Maintains detailed knowledge of HR service areas and provides team member and leader support related to HR programs, processes, procedures, and communications. Responds to service requests, resolves inquiries, manages case work, and serves as an escalation point for shared services support as needed. Maintains records, documentation, and knowledge resources that support operational consistency and service delivery. In addition to delivering reliable operational support, this role helps identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance team member and leader experiences, reduce administrative burden, and support scalable solutions through knowledge management, self-service, automation, AI-enabled tools, operational insight, and cross-functional collaboration."
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Perform daily operational activities related to People Team shared services functions, including HR administration, case management, team member and leader support, data maintenance, and operational processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established procedures.
  • Coordinate and administer operational activities related to Shared Services programs, vendors, and processes, including invoice processing, vendor coordination, record maintenance, and other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
  • Respond to internal inquiries and requests, providing clear and concise information and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Analyze operational data, service trends, and recurring issues to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, self-service, and enhanced support experiences.
  • Support the development, governance, and continuous improvement of SOPs, knowledge resources, and documentation standards to enable operational consistency, scalability, and AI-supported solutions
  • Partner across the People Team to support and improve cross-functional team member and leader experiences, particularly those associated with key Moments that Matter.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, knowledge resources, and operational content within relevant systems, ensuring information remains current, governed, and accessible.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, enhance team member and leader experiences, reduce administrative burden, and leverage automation, self-service, and AI-enabled solutions where appropriate.
  • Collaborate across People Team functions and business stakeholders to support seamless service delivery, cross-functional processes, and key Moments that Matter experiences.
  • Participate in the implementation, testing, adoption, and continuous improvement of new systems, AI-enabled tools, automations, processes, and enhancements.
  • Provide operational support for specialized People Team programs such as benefits administration, open enrollment readiness, immigration, contractor administration, compliance-related processes, vendor-supported services, and other programs as assigned.
  • Provide backup support for critical People Team operational processes, including payroll administration, documented operational procedures, testing activities, and continuity planning to ensure resilient service delivery.
  • Support Team Member Experience initiatives when needed by coordinating employee recognition, philanthropy programs, culture-related activities, surveys, communications, and other employee engagement efforts in partnership with People Experience leaders.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-4 years' of experience in shared services, operations, HR, customer support, project coordination, or continuous improvement role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and the ability to leverage technology, AI, and automation tools to improve effectiveness and scalability.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement, innovation, and scalable solutions.
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
