The Shared Services Learning Leader will partner with subject matter experts to assess, develop and create interactive and engaging learning programs that align with business priorities. As a trusted advisor, you will take a consultative approach and cultivate influential relationships across the firm. Your key responsibilities include program development and management and the implementation of innovative learning experiences that support our people in their career and personal development.

As Shared Services Learning Leader, you will:

  • Provides operational learning support for annual growth programs across Manager through Partner levels, ensuring alignment with firm priorities and leadership capabilities.

  • Team with various leaders and SMEs to set priorities for content development based on emerging needs.

  • Conduct needs analysis to design programming that meets specific learning objectives.

  • Develop a plan to analyze the knowledge and skill requirements needed by our professionals to better perform their jobs and the most effective way to deliver training to end users and ensure learning transfer.

  • Serve as the program manager to deliver project goals and requirements

  • Build and maintain appropriate course project plans to include design and delivery schedules and maintain well-organized project documentation and folders with all course assets.

  • Collaborate with the learning team to introduce innovation into the team's courseware and overall department services.

What you bring to the role:

  • 5+ years of directly related experience.

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Education or Instructional Design.

  • Must have good project management skills and the ability to organize and drive multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong experience with use of Learning Management Systems and Virtual Classroom tools including, Zoom and TEAMs.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, and the ability to negotiate successfully with internal clients

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing innovative environment.

  • An understanding of the ADDIE model and key principles of adult learning.

  • Professional Services experience is a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PPT, OneNote).

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. Pay Range:
