5. Conducts post-matter financial reviews by analyzing historical matter data (utilization, realization, financial performance) to inform future pricing decisions and enhance matter profitability and performance.

6. Develops and maintains pricing tools, templates, and databases (including budget models, AFA tracking, and competitor pricing intelligence) and drive process improvements to increase pricing efficiency, consistency, and accuracy.

7. Partners with the Legal Project Management team in connection with approved budgets, AFAs, and similar complex pricing structures that require ongoing monitoring, reporting, and variance tracking. Outline risks and serve as resource for ongoing analysis of projected financial outcomes as well as necessary adjustments to enhance profitability.

8. Monitors market trends and competitors' pricing strategies to maintain awareness of industry standards and recommend adjustments to the firm's pricing strategy.

9. Trains and guide attorneys and staff on pricing best practices and tools, enhancing firmwide understanding of legal pricing, budgeting, and profitability drivers.

10. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be able to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, apply market trends and best practices, and communicate complex financial information clearly to partners, attorneys, and clients. Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment is required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools is required, with PowerBI, SQL, and Aderant experience preferred.
