Security Clearance: * Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET  personnel security clearance. Responsibilities: As a Senior Operations analyst you will help determine better ways to coordinate and manage large organizations that require the effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people. This is accomplished by: * Analyze processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations and decrease time and cost spent on efforts. * Identify project needs such as resources, staff, or finances by reviewing project objectives and schedules. * Interpret and analyze policies, rules, regulations, or laws to organizations, government officials, and employees. * Confer with program personnel to discuss issues, coordinate activities, resolve problems, set strategy, and accomplish objectives. * Report project status, such as budget, resources, technical issues, and compliance to programs. * Propose, review, or approve modifications to project plans and processes. * Plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet program schedules. * Apply analytical methods from mathematics, science, and engineering. Experience: * With a bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field: minimum of 10 years professional experience related to supporting a US Navy program, OR Without a bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field: minimum 15 years professional experience related to labor category AND experience supporting a US Navy program. * Experience with Navy programs with small combatants. Education Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field OR preferred Years of Experience.
