Job Summary The Accountant Assistant Intern will perform key accounting and clerical functions, ensuring compliance with accounting guidelines while supporting the accounting team.

This temporary, seasonal role offers hands-on experience in areas such as invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and month-end closing. Location: Brea, CA (Onsite) Duration: 3 months and start ASAP (Short-term, seasonal, temporary) Hours: 20 OR 40 hours per week Job Responsibilities Perform accounting and clerical functions to support accounting personnel. Verify, reconcile, and process invoices daily.

Maintain payment and transaction records. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Conduct three-way invoice matching for accounts payable (AP). Organize and maintain accounting files and documents. Required Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently earned an AA or BS in Accounting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks. Fluent in Mandarin and English. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently. Must be able to work onsite in the Brea office, 20-40 hours per week. Compensation Pay: $20/hour.

Duration: 3 months (Short-term, seasonal). This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in accounting while contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
