Role: Elite 3E Support Analyst

Location: NYC 10036 (3 days/week)

Duration: 6+ month

Role focuses on supporting the Elite 3E financial management system, commonly used in law firms and financial institutions. Responsibilities include system support, user assistance, and data management to ensure smooth financial operations and system stability.

Looking for Financial Analysts with experience using Elite 3eE billing software for legal firms, not looking at billing analysts

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support and maintenance for Elite 3E and related financial systems.

• Troubleshoot performance, configuration, and functional issues in a timely manner.

• Assist users with navigation, functionality, and financial process-related questions.

• Write and run SQL queries for reporting, reconciliations, and ad hoc analysis.

• Detect and correct cost recovery errors and ensure accuracy in uploads.

• Maintain system data integrity and accuracy across all modules.

• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure system stability and alignment with business needs.

• Document troubleshooting steps, procedures, and recurring issues.

Mandatory:

• 3–5+ years of exp in financial systems support or similar application support roles.

• Hands-on exp with Elite 3E or equivalent financial management systems.

• Knowledge of SQL for ad hoc queries, data validation, and troubleshooting.
