• Salesforce admin and platform developer I certification at minimum
• Nice to have Platform Developer II
• In depth knowledge and hand on experience of Apex, triggers, Batch and Scheduled jobs, flows, LWC, Aura
• Able to debug logs
• Able to support release deployment
• Should be able to work with BSAs on refining stories and pointing stories
• Should be able to do solution designing and implementation without much handholding
• Should know Salesforce best practices
• Should know apex limits and how to implement them in coding
• Should focus on less coding more configuration-based implementation using flows
• Should have good knowledge on JavaScript's API callouts
