Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Administrator in St. Louis, MO. This role will support and optimize the organization's Salesforce platform to improve service operations, referral management, business development activities, and reporting capabilities. This role partners with clinical, operational, sales, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure the CRM supports business processes, regulatory requirements, and data-driven decision-making.

Compensation will vary depending on experience
  • Entry: $60,000 - $80,000
  • Mid: $90,000 - $110,000
  • Senior: $120,000+++++
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary administrator for the Salesforce environment.
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
  • Support referral intake, patient onboarding, account management, and service delivery processes.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, security settings, and role hierarchies.
  • Create dashboards and reports that provide visibility into operational, sales, and service metrics.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
  • Monitor data quality and establish governance standards.
  • Support integrations with ERP, healthcare, customer service, and reporting systems.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and end-user support resources.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting complex service-based or healthcare environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Flow, reports, dashboards, security, and data management.
  • Experience with integrations and third-party applications.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
