About Us

Since 1985, Royal Crowne has manufactured and sold Amish-made cupolas and outdoor accents through wholesale and retail channels, including weathervanes, lantern posts, and mailbox posts. The company is known for quality craftsmanship, strong customer relationships, and a commitment to doing the job right.


What You'll Do as a Sales Representative:

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales activity (inside sales), including calls, emails, and follow-up with leads from the website and trade shows.
  • Work within a defined sales process, track activity in CRM (Close CRM), and stay on top of pipeline and performance goals.
  • Support both wholesale and retail sales, guiding customers and partners through product selection and purchasing decisions.
  • Build & maintain relationships with wholesale partners, including assisting with product selection, displays, and reorders.
  • Handle retail inquiries and follow through to close, supporting growth in direct-to-consumer sales.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and support lead generation efforts.
  • Assist with basic marketing tasks and contribute to improving sales and marketing processes.


Our Ideal Sales Representative:

  • Experienced: 1+ year in sales or a customer-facing role; construction background is a plus; comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer tools.
  • Coachable: Open to feedback, willing to learn, and able to follow a structured sales process.
  • Organized: Manages leads, follow-ups, and tasks without letting things fall through the cracks.
  • Process-driven & Motivated: Follows a structured sales process, stays consistent in execution, and is driven by performance and growth.
  • Good Communicator: Clear, professional, and confident with customers and team members.
  • Active: Able to stand for extended periods as needed.
