Job description

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location posted.

Overall Purpose: The AVP, Customer Strategy & Marketing Analytics is responsible for driving customer growth, loyalty, and profitability through data-driven marketing strategies, customer lifecycle management, and marketing technology innovation. This leader oversees marketing strategy, marketing analytics, CRM, retention, and the martech ecosystem to maximize customer lifetime value, marketing effectiveness, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop enterprise marketing strategies that support business growth and transformation objectives.
Lead customer segmentation, targeting, and audience strategy to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
Optimize retention programs to increase customer loyalty, reduce churn, and improve lifetime value.
Translate marketing insights, performance data, and customer intelligence into actionable growth initiatives.
Own the marketing technology roadmap, including CRM, customer data platforms, marketing automation, personalization tools, attribution platforms, and marketing analytics solutions.
Ensure marketing technology capabilities align with business objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
Partner cross-functionally with Media, Field, Product, Digital, IT, Sales, and Finance teams to improve customer experiences and marketing performance.
Accelerate marketing transformation through the effective use of technology, data, and analytics.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing analytics and customer lifecycle function.
Deliver actionable insights that inform strategy, campaign planning, and customer engagement.
Enable personalization at scale across channels and customer touchpoints.
Drive continuous optimization across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition through retention and growth.
Manage financial analysis to effectively allocate marketing budgets, manage expenditures within approved limits, optimize ROI, and deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership.

Job Qualifications: The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical, and technology-savvy marketing leader with deep expertise in CRM, retention, customer analytics, martech platforms, and digital transformation, along with a proven track record of driving growth and customer value through data and technology.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired. 10+ years of related experience.
