Job description

National Sales Rep- must have experience with either Move Management, Storage, Logistics, Facilities Management, Office Furniture, Office Design/Office Construction or Commercial Real Estate transactions
The National Sales Rep will drive sales and build relationships with clients across move management, storage, logistics, facilities management, office furniture, design and construction services. This role focuses on generating new business, fostering client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' national and global needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue
targets and expand market presence.
Client Relationship Management: Qualify and prospect clients that have a need for national services. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Solution Selling: Present and sell customized solutions for move management, logistics, office furniture, office design, commercial construction, and facilities management.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams and national partners to ensure
seamless service delivery.
Networking: Attend industry events to generate leads and expand client
base.
Reporting: Track sales activities, pipeline, margin and forecast
performance.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years outside professional sales - any experience within
the move management, logistics, storage, furniture, design, construction,
or facilities management will accelerate sales timeline.
Skills: Strong sales, strategic thinker, negotiation, and communication skills; discipline and consistency prospecting outreach.
Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred not mandated)
Other: Ability to travel and proficiency in CRM software. Must be a self-starter, goal oriented and comfortable networking and cold calling. This is a hunter position.
