Turano Baking Company is expanding our National Sales team!
We are seeking driven sales professionals - from emerging talent to seasoned chain veterans - to grow our presence with national and regional foodservice operators, distributors, and buying groups.
This role manages direct frozen sales to national foodservice chains and works cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Culinary, and Marketing. If you thrive in a performance-driven, relationship-based sales environment, we want to talk.
We are hiring across experience levels:
Entry-Level / Junior Sales (0-3 years) Starting at $65,000+ Ideal for motivated professionals ready to break into national foodservice sales.
Mid-Level Sales (3-8 years) Starting at $85,000+ For experienced reps managing regional chains, national chains, sandwich assemblers, and Supply Chain Consultants.
Senior National Sales (8+ years) Compensation based on experience, current book of business, and market penetration. Significant upside potential for proven performers with established chain relationships!
For senior candidates: Experience calling on national chains, managing distributor volume programs, and driving market penetration is strongly preferred. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on company growth and requires proactive prospecting, strategic planning, and disciplined follow-through. We are seeking performance-driven professionals who want to build and grow accounts - not maintain the status quo.
What You'll Own
  • Target and manage top national and regional foodservice chains
  • Develop and execute strategic account growth plans
  • Lead pricing negotiations and new product introductions
  • Support national trade shows (NRA, Pizza Expo, distributor shows)
  • Partner with Marketing on ideation and product presentations
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations to manage inventory flow
  • Prospect and close new chain business

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable negotiating pricing and managing rebates/incentives
