As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting senior management and daily transactions. You will be essential in the operations of our business, liaison to different departments, and ultimately contributing to our overall success.

Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and processing sales contracts.
  • Tracking budgets, purchases and invoices.
  • Responding to complex and sensitive issues.
  • Producing and distributing correspondences.
  • Updating information in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping and file management.
  • Provide back up support across departments.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Understanding of clerical procedures such as recordkeeping/filing.
  • Strong organizational and time - management skills.
  • Ability to multi-tasking and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with accuracy.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborative attitude.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
