Become a Key Player as an Associate Sales Operations Analyst 4

You will support sales managers and sales teams by delivering timely, accurate analytics that improve forecasting, pipeline health, and deal closure. You will work cross-functionally with sales operations, finance, and front/back office teams to resolve issues and drive quarter-end results. This role is Remote.

  • Provide timely sales analytics including pipeline analysis, efficiencies, and sales results to help sales reps and managers achieve goals
  • Identify problem areas and pain points within the sales organization and coordinate stakeholders to implement solutions
  • Analyze situations and data across multiple factors to recommend process and operational improvements
  • Work with front and back office departments throughout each selling quarter to resolve open items and ensure paperwork is in place for deal closure
  • Support end-of-quarter efforts by driving sales orders and approvals through internal data entry processing
  • Assist sales teams with internal systems and processes (e.g., Salesforce.com) and deal structuring to maximize quota attainment and company value
  • Share knowledge and best practices with other sales operations members to standardize processes across the organization
  • Plan and implement account and territory selection projects to optimize sales coverage for next-year planning
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or another analytical role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and analysis
  • Experience with financial and project data analysis, budgeting (capex/opex), depreciation, financial modeling, and ROI
  • Experience with metrics, data analytics, and data modeling
  • Ability to create and maintain cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively
  • Professional-level PowerPoint reporting skills
