Job Overview

The Business Operations Analyst supports the effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement of business operations across E&PS, Global Real Estate, Facilities Management, and Corporate Operations. This role partners closely withcrossfunctionalstakeholders to analyze operational data, improve processes, and support governance, reporting, and performance management activities. The position offers broad exposure across enterprise operations and the opportunity to drive measurable impact throughdatadriveninsights and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to supportdecisionmakingacross E&PS, Global Real Estate, Facilities, and Corporate Operations.

  • Support development and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and recurring management reports to track KPIs and operational outcomes.

  • Assistin documenting, analyzing, and improving business processes to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service delivery.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, coordinate initiatives, and support operational planning activities.

  • Support governance activities, including meeting preparation, action tracking, andfollowupon key operational initiatives.

  • Contribute to project planning and execution, including timeline tracking, issue escalation, and risk identification.

  • Prepare clear, concise presentations and written materials for leadership audiences.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degreerequired(Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Analytics, orrelatedfield).

  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 2-4years of relevant work experience in business operations, analytics, consulting, ora relatedrolepreferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience building reports and presentations.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in afastpaced, matrixed environment.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting enterprise operations, facilities, real estate, or shared services organizations.

  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).

  • Experience working with dashboards, KPIs, or business intelligence tools.

  • Exposure toproject management practices or tools.

  • Ability to work effectively withcrossfunctionaland global teams.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
