Sales Hunters are sales professionals who specialize in identifying, pursuing, and acquiring new business opportunities for their companies. Unlike 'farmers,' who focus on nurturing and growing relationships with existing clients, Sales Hunters are driven by generating new leads and closing deals with prospects. Their primary goal is to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue through new sales.

Executive positions like CEOs or investment bankers may also reach this level through salary, bonuses, and profit sharing, but these are less common and typically require extensive experience and skills. Success in these roles depends on performance, network, and industry demand.
