Our platform is used by hundreds of companies to enable over twelve billion kid-safe digital transactions across advertising, community and parental consent every month. SuperAwesome has pioneered the kidtech sector, delivering engagement with the under-18 audience built around privacy and responsibility.
SuperAwesome is looking for an experienced Sales Director (focused on CPG, F&B and Retail), to join their North American sales team. As a Sales Director, you are responsible for accelerating revenue growth and building key client relationships across several core verticals. We're looking for a proven commercial leader with deep industry expertise/relationships and a track record of driving meaningful revenue. In this high-impact role, you'll accelerate growth by building trusted relationships with top-tier clients and brands, shaping go-to-market strategy, and delivering innovative advertising solutions that protect and engage the next generation.
What You'll Do
As Sales Director, you will own the strategy and execution required to accelerate revenue growth and expand high-impact client partnerships across key verticals. You will lead the full sales lifecycle, driving expansion within priority accounts while aggressively identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities. Success in this role requires a sharp command of cross-media ecosystems (YouTube, CTV, digital video, and creator-led platforms) and a deep understanding of Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences, enabling you to craft forward-thinking, results-driven solutions that resonate with today's most influential consumers.
We're looking for a proven commercial leader with strong industry relationships and a track record of driving meaningful revenue growth. In this role, you will:
  • Own The Outcome: Be responsible for prospecting, penetrating & growing key customers with a focus on senior executive client & marketer decision makers. As the owner of some of our targeted strategic customer relationships, you'll work to provide outstanding service that results in consistent growth from our top customers.
  • Own The Plan: The Sales Director is responsible for leading and aligning efforts across pre-sales, brand strategy, post-sales, and insights teams to ensure exceptional client service and the delivery of tailored, strategic solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.
  • Communicate: Be responsible for developing & maintaining critical internal communications around these verticals. Leverage your own deep expertise to ensure that our wider global sales organization can communicate effectively with customers across each vertical.
  • Develop new business across the most high value, high opportunity growth advertisers.
  • Build trusted partnerships with marketing leaders and brand decision-makers
  • Identify strategic opportunities to expand revenue within existing and new accounts
  • Represent SuperAwesome's mission and solutions with clarity, vision, and credibility in the market

Who You Are
  • You have 8+ years of experience in media/digital sales.
  • You have experience working in highly cross functional organizations and influencing key stakeholders to ensure that this customer segment is represented across the business.
  • Data driven storyteller. Comfortable using data to build customer insights to close deals.
  • You move fast, are focused on delivering results, and have a track record of retaining and growing key customers.
  • Customer-centric, passionate, scrappy, solutions-focused, and innovative.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, influencing, sales and business development skills.
  • You are self-motivated with a bias toward action; you won't be afraid to step in when needed.
