Position Summary

We seek a high-energy, motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Naples, FL. As the front line of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing early-stage prospects, and driving outbound engagement strategies. This is a 100% in-office position-perfect for individuals who thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, social outreach) to identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Research and build a strong understanding of target industries, key decision-makers, and potential pain points.
  • Set appointments and meetings for Account Executives (AEs) by qualifying leads and uncovering business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and interactions in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and follow-up efforts to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay current on viLogics' cybersecurity and IT services offerings to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Work toward and meet weekly/monthly KPIs and quota goals for outreach, meetings set, and qualified leads generated.
  • Participate in sales meetings, ongoing training, and professional development sessions.

What Success Looks Like

  • High volume of quality daily outreach (calls/emails/social touches).
  • Consistently hitting lead generation and meeting quota targets.
  • Seamless handoff of sales-qualified leads to Account Executives.
  • Becoming a subject-matter expert in viLogics solutions and cybersecurity trends.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (SaaS or B2B tech experience is a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a confident and professional phone presence.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proficiency in CRM software HubSpot and basic understanding of sales engagement tools.
