Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Onsite in American Fork, Utah

A Day in the Life as an SDR at Brevium

  • Make 30-40 cold calls and send 30-40 personalized emails daily
  • Research and add 15+ new contacts into your call cadence to build your pipeline
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to discuss and strategize methods to engage targeted accounts and setting quality meetings
  • Utilize LinkedIn and Salesforce to identify, track, and engage prospects effectively
  • Participate in various meetings, including 1:1s, team meetings, trainings, and sales calls, to continuously develop your sales skills and industry knowledge
  • Engage in peer collaboration, sharing best practices, role-playing, and learning from "oops moments" to drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain self-discipline, accountability, and reliability in all tasks and goals

Success Metrics

  • Month 1: Achieve 2 demos and engage with 10 providers
  • Month 2: Achieve 5 demos and engage with 25 providers
  • Month 3: Achieve 7 demos and engage with 60 providers

What We're Looking For

  • 0-2 years of sales experience; open to entry-level candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn
  • CRM experience is a plus (Salesforce preferred but not required)
  • Candidates with experience in summer sales or young recruiters are strongly encouraged to apply
  • A passion for being an SDR and developing into a sales professional
  • Persistence
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $45,000 - $60,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
  • Benefits:
    • 401K match: 100% match for the first 3% contributed and a 50% match for the next 2%
    • Health Savings Account (HSA) available
    • Comprehensive health, vision, dental, life (a $200K policy), and disability insurance with all premiums paid by Brevium
    • Optional GAP or Premium insurance plans available (employees cover difference in premiums if chosen)
    • Quarterly bonuses based on company-wide performance goals
