Hiring SDR (Sales Development Representative)
ClickBid • Full-time • Remote-first • Fundraising Software


What you'll do

  • Make calls daily to warm leads;
  • Make calls to lost deals & old leads;
  • Run discovery calls;
  • Book the demo presentation;

Things you do NOT need to do

  • No cold outreach to cold contacts;
  • No scraping or researching cold prospect lists;
  • No commission dependency on closed won deals;
  • You earn commission from Demos Held by AE;
  • You do not need to manually enrich or clean the database;


You are not walking into chaos


  • Our average deal size is $1,200 annually, which means deals close at a higher volume;
  • We generate warm leads through conferences, webinars, SEO, GEO, paid ads, cold outreach, partner channels, and referrals;
  • Follow up cadences are already built, and your job is to execute them;
  • Lost deals and old leads are valid opportunities, not dead contacts;
  • The database is consistently updated, and the CRM enrichment team is ready to support you.

Compensation plan

  • Base salary plus commission per qualified Demo Held by AE;
  • Your commission is based on demos held, not closed deals;
  • Marketing gives you warm leads every month to run discovery calls and progress qualified leads to AE demos;

Career progression

  • You can move into an AE role as soon as you are ready to run demos.
  • You can also do both the SDR and AE role if lead volume permits.

  • When you present the demo and close the deal, you earn additional commission on top of your SDR commission.
