Job description

Join a dynamic and customer-focused team as an Sales Account Representative, where you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a collaborative office environment. As a primary point of contact for clients, you will help ensure their needs are met while supporting the growth and success of the business. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned client accounts
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Scheduling, Purchasing, and Operations, to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
  • Assist with costing of new products by conducting line studies and evaluating variances and labor
  • Lead projects from concept to completion and oversee ongoing performance and optimization
  • Provide project, customer, and account support for the Sales Team as needed
  • Answer phones and assist with general office tasks as required
  • Some overnight travel required (up to 40%)
