What You’ll Do
As an Outside Sales Account Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business while maintaining strong client relationships. Your day-to-day will include:
- Cold calling and following up on qualified leads provided by the General Manager or Market Research Team
- Visiting and prospecting businesses across multiple industries, including:
o Construction
o Manufacturing o Distribution
o Transportation o Oil & Gas
o Retail
o Hospitality o Healthcare
- Networking, scheduling appointments, and conducting face-to-face sales meetings
- Generating new accounts and managing an existing book of business
- Closing new client partnerships
- Providing ongoing customer service and account support
- Working closely with Recruiters and Dispatchers to ensure exceptional service delivery

- Comfortable prospecting and bringing in new business
- Sales, customer service, or account management experience or a strong desire to learn
and grow in sales - Professional appearance and business-appropriate presence
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- An extroverted personality or the ability to turn it on when needed
- Positive, driven, and optimistic mindset
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Compensation & Benefits - Competitive base salary: $57,200
- High commission structure:
o 1%–6% per account, per employee placed
o Paid weekly (average commission around 2%)

o Week 1 at corporate headquarters in Houston
o Week 2 in your local market
- Paid holidays

o $3,000 bonus at 6 months for hitting quota o New client bonuses

- Auto allowance: $500/month
- Expense reimbursement: $200/month
- Phone allowance
