IBS is actively looking for a Janitorial Sales Developer/Operations with proven experience driving revenue and finding new business leads. The Business Sales Developer and operation position offers $68,000 - $70,000 based salary plus car allowance, plus uncapped monthly commission, company cell phone and laptop. Your commitment and performance will determine how much you can earn!
IBS is a national Janitorial Hospitality, Commercial, Education and Healthcare company.
This position requires the qualified candidate to develop strong customer relationships, effectively present products to customers, and close new business deals. As a business-to-business Sales Representative, you will be assigned a list of accounts, while also seeking new business opportunities.
Responsibilities may include, but is not limited to, the following:

· Prospecting new and existing business with phone, email and in-person visits
· Work as a nationwide sales team
· Assist customer buying decisions
· Provide Janitorial product and technical advice
· Learn new Janitorial products and industry trends
· Educate customers through product demonstrations
· Attend product and industry seminars/ training events
. Attend daily company meetings via zoom, phone call or in person.
. Must be able to work weekends if needed.
· Local/National travel to client locations (some overnight and weekends may be required)
· Identify incremental sales opportunities within existing customer base
· Develop professional customer and Service Provider relationships (in person and over the phone)
