Sales Executive (USA)

About Guardhouse

Guardhouse is a fast-growing, global SaaS company providing workforce management software purpose-built for the security services industry. Our platform helps security companies streamline operations, improve compliance, and deliver better service through tools for scheduling, reporting, payroll integration, and real-time workforce visibility.

With 600+ customers globally and a strong presence across Australia, the UK, and other international markets, Guardhouse has established itself as a trusted partner to security providers ranging from small operators to large enterprise firms. Our product is mature, proven, and continuously evolving based on real customer needs.

We have now launched into the United States, one of the largest and most exciting opportunities for our business. This next phase represents a major growth chapter, with significant investment in building our presence, team, and customer base in the US market.

This role represents a unique opportunity to join the early stage sales team in the USA, playing a pivotal role in establishing and scaling our presence in the region.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, driven Sales Executive who is ready to take the next step beyond an SDR/BDR role and contribute meaningfully to building a new market from the ground up.

You will work closely with leadership to generate pipeline, close deals, and help define our sales approach in the United States. This is an ideal role for someone entrepreneurial, hands-on, and excited by the challenge of building something from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Proactively generate pipeline through cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Build and manage targeted prospect lists and execute outbound strategies
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
  • Identify and engage target customers within the security services industry
  • Represent Guardhouse at industry trade shows, conferences, and events (travel required)
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine go-to-market strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline within CRM systems (HubSpot)
  • Provide market feedback and insights to inform product and positioning

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in a sales role (ideally SaaS or technology sales)
  • Experience managing deals beyond initial qualification (closing experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a new market
  • Comfortable working in an office-based environment in Dallas, TX
  • Willingness to travel for events and customer meetings
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and resilient

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into the security services or workforce management industries
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot
  • Experience in an early-stage or growth-phase company

Why Join Guardhouse?

  • Be the next sales hire in the USA and play a key role in building a new market
  • High-impact role with direct exposure to leadership
  • Opportunity to shape sales strategy and processes from the ground up
  • Join a stable, growing global SaaS business with strong foundations
  • Career progression opportunities as the US team expands

Compensation

  • Base salary: $75,000 – $85,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 – $130,000 (uncapped commission)
  • Commission structure aligned to new business revenue (ARR)
  • Accelerators available for exceeding quota
  • Compensation package may vary based on experience

Additional Information

  • Office-based role in Dallas, TX
  • Travel required for trade shows and industry events
