What we need…

YOOBIC is looking for a Senior Customer Implementation Consultant to join our Customer Implementation & Services team on our US team.

As a Senior Customer Implementation Consultant, you will lead complex enterprise software deployments for some of the world's largest retailers and frontline organizations. You will partner with executive stakeholders to understand their business, translate operational requirements into scalable platform configurations, and guide customers from project kickoff through successful go-live and long-term adoption.

This role extends well beyond traditional project management. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving business problems, designing scalable solutions, configuring enterprise software, and serving as a trusted advisor to customers. You'll combine consulting, solution design, technical configuration, and delivery leadership to ensure customers realize measurable business value from the YOOBIC platform.

Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable facilitating executive workshops, configuring software, leading enterprise implementations, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Support. Just as importantly, you'll help elevate how we deliver implementations by sharing expertise, improving processes, and contributing to the continued growth of our Implementation organization.

What you'll do…

  • Own the successful delivery of complex enterprise implementations from discovery through go-live, serving as the primary strategic advisor throughout the engagement.

  • Partner with customer stakeholders to understand business processes, operational workflows, organizational structures, and technical requirements.

  • Translate business, functional, and technical requirements into scalable solution designs and platform configurations aligned with implementation best practices.

  • Configure the YOOBIC platform and validate solutions

  • Lead customer workshops focused on solution design and business process mapping, but also on governance and change management.

  • Guide customers toward best-practice solutions by balancing business objectives with platform capabilities

  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive communications throughout the implementation lifecycle.

  • Deliver administrator and business user platform training

  • Contribute to the evolution of our implementation methodology by identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes, documentation, tools, and best practices.

What you have...

  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations in a customer-facing implementation, professional services, solution consulting, or technical consulting role.

  • Demonstrated success delivering complex software implementations involving multiple business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and executive sponsors.

  • Experience translating business, functional, and technical requirements into scalable software configurations.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Experience configuring enterprise SaaS applications and designing solutions that align with customer business processes.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

  • A consultative mindset with the confidence to influence customer decisions and recommend best practices.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • A passion for technology, digital transformation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Nice to have...

  • Experience working with relational databases or SQL.

  • Experience with APIs, integrations, SSO, HRIS platforms, or enterprise system architecture.

  • Experience implementing retail operations, workforce management, learning, communications, or workflow platforms.

  • Previous experience in enterprise software consulting, professional services, or digital transformation consulting.

What we offer...

  • 20 days PTO + 8 public holidays (plus 3 floating holidays to choose from)

  • Medical cover and EAP (Employee Assistance Program)

  • Company covered Life insurance coverage

  • Company covered long term disability coverage

  • An amazing 401k contribution - We contribute even if you don’t!

  • ADP discounts for a whole host of items (including electronics, Childcare, travel, etc…)

  • Free online HIIT sessions + gym discounts

  • Regular training and coaching to make you even better in your role
