Job Description: Implementation Specialist - Based in Austin, TX

We specialize in helping patients recover from injuries, including those sustained in auto accidents. How You Will Make an Impact:

As an Implementation Specialist, you will travel to new clinic locations to provide hands-on training to patient service and rehab tech teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver exceptional care. You will collaborate closely with local clinic managers to facilitate a seamless opening month, addressing any operational challenges that arise.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct on-site training sessions for patient service and rehab tech teams.
  • Collaborate with clinic managers to develop and implement opening plans.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance during the initial weeks of clinic operation.
  • Identify and resolve any operational issues to ensure a smooth launch.
  • Gather feedback from staff and management to improve future implementations.
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

  • College degree required (preferably in kinesiology, healthcare administration, or a related field/experience)
  • Proven experience in healthcare implementation, administrative, or training roles required.
  • Strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and practices is a plus.
  • Ability to travel frequently to various clinic locations.
  • Phenomenal communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Working knowledge of office management systems and tools, including proficiency with EMR software and handling digital records.

Workplace Culture and Environment:

Work Location: Based in Austin, with up to 75% travel during new clinic openings

Work Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Schedule subject to change based upon clinic operating hours.

We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k, $25,000 company-paid life insurance, optional STD and LTD, and paid time off. Salary based on experience.
