As a mental health counseling professional, you will engage with clients using secure online platforms that promote effective and confidential communication. Although remote, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care tailored to our clients' needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and individual circumstances.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that align with each client's goals and therapeutic needs.
• Deliver evidence-based treatments across various modalities, including individual therapy, family support, and group sessions.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress, documenting any changes and adapting treatment strategies as necessary to foster their development.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention during heightened emotional distress, ensuring clients receive the support they need.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records for all client interactions, adhering to legal and ethical standards to safeguard patient information.
• Collaborate actively with a team of multidisciplinary professionals to create a holistic approach to client care.
• Engage in ongoing education and training, keeping informed on best practices and new research in the mental health field.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Must hold current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
