As a remote organization, Life Reconcile Therapists LLC leverages telehealth technology to facilitate therapy sessions. You will utilize secure video conferencing platforms to meet with clients, ensuring confidentiality and a comfortable setting for your patients. • Build strong, trusting relationships with patients to facilitate effective therapy.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Create tailored treatment plans aligned with individual patient needs, including specific therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Facilitate engaging and productive individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms.
• Monitor progress consistently and adjust treatment strategies based on patient feedback and clinical observations.
• Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately using our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with other health care professionals to provide referrals when specialized care is required.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. You'll have the unique opportunity to engage with clients from various backgrounds, promoting mental health awareness and advocacy in the Fresno, California region and beyond. By leveraging telehealth, you will help eliminate barriers to care, ensuring that every client receives the support they deserve regardless of their circumstances.

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is a fundamental requirement.
• Proven experience delivering individual and/or group therapy in a remote capacity.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and EHR systems to manage patient information.

While not mandatory, candidates with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or similar fields will be given preference. Additionally, experience working in a telehealth environment is advantageous, as is familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a strong commitment to providing culturally competent care.

Our competitive salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
