  • Partner with Fund Accountants to investigate reconciliation issues
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes from a controls perspective
  • Track recurring reconciliation issues and flag potential systemic or data-quality risks
  • Ensure reconciliation findings are documented and communicated appropriately
  • Ensure discrepancies are identified and surfaced the same day they arise, maintaining confidence in customer-facing and internal data
What You Bring
  • Core Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with multi-source financial data
  • Ability to investigate discrepancies methodically and communicate findings clearly
  • Experience supporting close or audit-related processes
  • Comfort operating independently within a defined scope

  • Nice to Have
  • Experience with venture capital or private equity funds
  • Familiarity with fund accounting or administration systems
  • Prior exposure to audit preparation or internal controls
What We Offer
  • Meaningful impact through building infrastructure that expands access to venture capital globally
  • Opportunity for career growth and role expansion as the platform scales
  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
  • Remote-first work environment with thoughtful, high-caliber teammates
  • A working schedule for adults, including flexible hours and flexible PTO
$50,000 - $70,000 a year
Compensation commensurate with experience.
