Join a well-established and expanding organization seeking a Reconciliations Manager to lead enterprise-wide balance sheet reconciliation efforts, strengthen financial controls, and drive accounting excellence across multiple business units. This is a high-impact leadership role for an accounting professional who enjoys improving processes, building strong teams, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and oversee the monthly balance sheet reconciliation process across multiple entities.
  • Establish and maintain reconciliation policies, governance standards, and best practices.
  • Review complex and high-risk reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items.
  • Ensure accuracy between subledgers and the general ledger, including AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets, cash, and intercompany accounts.
  • Develop KPI dashboards and reporting metrics that provide visibility into financial performance and reconciliation status.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and financial control enhancements.
  • Manage and mentor an accounting team while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Support a disciplined month-end close process and collaborate with finance leadership to improve reporting accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience managing account reconciliations within a multi-entity organization.
  • Strong understanding of month-end close, accrual accounting, intercompany transactions, financial controls, and balance sheet management.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
  • Experience with reconciliation management software such as Trintech Adra or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and enhance accounting operations.
Preferred Experience
  • Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or other complex operational environments.
  • Internal audit, compliance, and external audit support experience.
  • KPI/dashboard development and financial analytics.
  • CPA designation or progress toward certification.
