Revenue Reconciliation Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Summary 

Responsible for transaction-level reconciliation of revenue activity across multiple systems within the Revenue accounting & reconciliation functions. This role ensures financial accuracy by investigating discrepancies, resolving exceptions, and preparing accounting entries in a high-volume, multi-system environment. 

Essential Functions 

  • Reconcile high-volume transaction activity across multiple systems and pay types 
  • Research and resolve exception transactions across systems  
  • Prepare journal entries and reclasses to ensure accurate GL reporting  
  • Manage ServiceNow tickets for dealer/market follow-up  
  • Monitor assigned markets and identify trends or irregularities  
  • Communicate with internal teams and dealers to resolve discrepancies  
  • Ensure timely completion of reconciliations in alignment with close deadlines 
  • Assist with reporting and analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities 
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work 

This is a full-time hybrid position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with some flexibility in work hours. 

Travel 

No travel is required for this position. 

Required Education and Experience 

  • High School Diploma or GED  
  • Experience in accounting, finance, or reconciliation  
  • Intermediate Excel Skills 

Preferred Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field  
  • General ledger experience  
  • Experience with accounting systems  

Additional Eligibility Qualifications 

  • Strong analytical and research skills  
  • Ability to handle large datasets and multi-system reconciliations 
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
