This includes engineering teams, distributors, and more than 100 qualified construction crews with extensive experience across all ISP types and markets; over 300 experienced bury drop crews; and more than 700 professional technicians.
We are seeking a Reconciliation Supervisor to join our Recon team in Sioux Falls, SD (4401 S Technology Dr, 57106). The Account Reconciliation Supervisor is responsible for supervising our Account Reconciliation team members, reconciling client statements for jobs completed by our technicians and resolving any discrepancies.
** PLEASE NOTE: This is not a remote position - you will be working from the TAK Corporate Office in Sioux Falls, Monday - Friday from 8AM - 5PM.**

The Role
  • Assist with supervising the Account Reconciliation team to ensure efficient and accurate account recon is performed
  • Work with appropriate internal and external teams to correct discrepancies identified during reconciliation
  • Creates and maintains multiple MS Excel reports to be shared with relevant teams; utilizing various data sources and editing/manipulating as needed
  • Communicates with Technicians regarding coding errors and needed resolutions
  • Perform special projects as assigned by Director of Reconciliation
  • Assist with reconciling all areas as needed

Requirements
  • 6+ months of billing management or related management experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPS, creating reports, pivot tables, and using various formulas)
  • Ability to learn and utilize role-specific equipment and software
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping relevant information confidential
  • Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver's license is required if the role involves driving
  • Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
