This is a remote position.

A reputable healthcare organization is seeking a full-time, remote Payroll Manager to join their team! 

  • Compensation: $120k - $135k + 10% bonus target 

 

The Payroll Manager Job Details: 

  • Full-time, direct hire position 
  • Remote 
  • Must work core hours of 8a/5p EST/CT 
  • Hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while driving operational excellence, process improvement, audit readiness, and payroll transformation initiatives.  

 

The Payroll Manager Requirements: 


  • Must have at least 5 years of payroll leadership experience with direct responsibility for end-to-end payroll operations 
  • Managed complex multi-state, multi-site payrolls for organizations is very desirable 
  • Led payroll teams, developed staff, and managed performance. 
  • Strong expertise in payroll compliance, audits, tax reporting, garnishments, W-2 processing, and payroll controls. 
  • Experience with enterprise payroll systems, preferably UKG systems 
  • Experience partnering closely with HR, Finance, Accounting, Benefits, and HRIS/IT stakeholders. 
  • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
