Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Patient Services Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As the Remote Patient Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our patient services, including scheduling, billing, and patient communication. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care and have a positive experience with our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all patient services, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing inquiries
- Communicate with patients via phone, email, and other channels to address their questions, concerns, and needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow
- Monitor and track patient satisfaction and address any issues or concerns that may arise
