• Provide a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused interventions, tailored to individuals, couples, and families seeking support.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups designed to foster community engagement and provide patients with resources to manage their conditions effectively.
• Collaborate regularly with fellow mental health professionals to ensure all treatment plans are cohesive and comprehensive, addressing every aspect of patient well-being.
• Deliver crisis intervention services promptly, employing de-escalation techniques when facing mental health emergencies.
• Educate patients about mental health, guiding them through treatment options and available community resources to empower their recovery process.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient privacy across all communications.
• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing your insights to foster a culture of continuous professional improvement.

• Experience in teletherapy is highly desirable, as this role will involve remote patient interactions.
• Previous work with specific populations such as children or clients with substance use disorders will be beneficial.
• Engagement in ongoing professional development activities or specialized training related to mental health therapy.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
