Job description

Graduate Healthcare Management Consulting Intern — Strategy, Operations & Growth

Altheda Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated graduate student to join as a Graduate Healthcare Management Consulting Intern. This internship is designed for current MBA, MHA, MPH, MPA, MS, MSBA, healthcare administration, public health, data analytics, operations, technology, or other master’s-level students with a deep interest in healthcare, business strategy, operations, growth, and innovation.
This is a project-based internship for a graduate student who wants to work on real business and operational problems inside a growing outpatient healthcare organization. The intern will support Altheda leadership with structured research, problem-solving, project execution, operational improvement, growth initiatives, and practical deliverables.
This is an opportunity for a graduate student who wants meaningful exposure to the business side of healthcare and wants to help improve how a healthcare organization grows, operates, communicates, and executes.
About Altheda Medical Center:
Altheda Medical Center is a growing outpatient medical center focused on building a more accessible, efficient, and forward-thinking model of healthcare delivery. Altheda operates at the intersection of patient care, business operations, technology, patient experience, and healthcare innovation.
Altheda is seeking a graduate-level intern who can bring maturity, analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and execution support to high-priority business and operational initiatives.
About the Internship:
The Graduate Healthcare Management Consulting Intern will work directly with Altheda leadership on practical projects that support strategy, operations, patient experience, growth, technology, and organizational execution.
This internship is designed for a current graduate student who can take broad business or operational problems and help turn them into organized, usable work products. Expected hours: Approximately 8–10 hours per week
Internship duration: Quarterly project cycle
Hiring: Rolling and highly competitive
